Product or ingredient information
Include the product name, barcode if available, source shown in the app and the relevant ingredient text. A source correction request is different from a certification request.
Scan, map or account issue
Include your device and app/OS version, the screen involved, permissions state and a short sequence of steps. Avoid sending precise home locations or unrelated receipts.
Data-removal questions
Specify local device data, a private iCloud profile, online-service data or shared business records. Those stores and deletion scopes are not interchangeable.
