Choose the right product support
Tell us whether you use the Portraint browser on Mac, iPhone or iPad, the separate Portraint Protection app, or Portraint TV. Include your app version and operating-system version.
A route or filtering issue
State Clear Net, WireGuard, OpenVPN or Tor; describe what you expected and what actually happened. A system VPN icon alone does not identify the route or filtering scope.
Share diagnostics carefully
Remove passwords, private keys, VPN profiles, tokens and sensitive browsing information before sending logs. Diagnostic records are not automatically anonymous.
