Privacy Policy
Product-specific information from the documents bundled with this app.
Bundled document version: 2026-09-12. Publisher: WebbieFourth.
This document concerns the Portraint TV app. References to offline documents and policy screens describe screens inside the app, not this website. Other Portraint products have separate policies.
Local profiles and preferences
The app stores connection preferences and profile metadata locally and uses its existing Keychain-backed storage for sensitive VPN configuration. Its own network extensions receive the configuration needed to establish your selected route. Removing the app may not erase every Keychain record or system VPN configuration.
Profile transfer
When you explicitly start a profile-upload session, a temporary local-network service receives your encrypted VPN profile from another device using the displayed pairing workflow. Do not share pairing information or sensitive profiles with untrusted people. This is a local setup feature, not a publisher cloud-storage service.
Network services
A selected VPN connects to the server specified in your profile. That server, DNS resolvers, destination services and your network have their own roles and privacy practices. Routing checks may contact diagnostic endpoints. Opening these information screens does not connect a VPN, contact support or fetch online documents.
Content Guard
Content Guard checks ordinary DNS queries on-device against bundled HaGeZi domain rules. Clear Net forwards allowed queries to the network's DNS resolvers and does not encrypt traffic or hide your IP. VPN filtering runs inside your selected tunnel. Encrypted DNS, cached connections and first-party ads may bypass filtering; coverage varies by app. Direct and VPN choices save separately. tvOS may purge cached preferences; if so filtering defaults to Off. Rule updates arrive with app updates. Filtering does not inspect encrypted page contents or persist a browsing-history database.
Diagnostics and support
Connection state, traffic counters and diagnostic messages are displayed locally. Logs can include server addresses, profile labels, timestamps and errors; do not assume they are anonymous. Review logs before sharing them. If you choose to email support, your mail service and the support inbox receive what you send. Contact support with access or deletion requests relating to information you have sent us.
Scope and contact
This policy describes how this product handles information. Website operators, VPN providers, DNS resolvers, mail providers and platform services have their own privacy practices. For questions about your information or applicable privacy rights, contact WebbieFourth at webbiefourth@gmail.com.
