This document concerns the Portraint TV app. References to offline documents and policy screens describe screens inside the app, not this website. Other Portraint products have separate policies.
Your choice and authorization
Use the app only with devices, networks and VPN services you are authorized to use and comply with applicable laws and service terms. You provide the VPN profile and choose whether to connect. A VPN can replace or conflict with another device VPN.
Protection limits
A VPN secures the route to its configured endpoint; it does not guarantee anonymity, eliminate tracking, block all harmful content or make an untrusted service safe. Content Guard blocks listed domains, not every ad or tracker. Clear Net adds no VPN encryption or IP hiding. Check confirmed active status separately from saved preferences. A connection can fail or stop, including after network or device changes.
