1. Apple Platform Frameworks and Services
Umah uses Apple platform frameworks and services supplied as part of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, CarPlay and related Apple developer platforms. These may include frameworks for location, maps, notifications, widgets, Live Activities, App Intents/Siri, Watch connectivity, CarPlay, background tasks, audio and user interface features. Apple frameworks and services are governed by Apple's developer agreements, software licenses and platform terms.
2. Prayer Calculation, Scheduling and App Logic
Umah includes application logic for prayer calculation settings, schedules, reminders, Qiblah, mosque-related features and related runtime coordination. Unless separately identified as third-party material, the Umah application code and presentation remain proprietary to the Application Provider.
3. Mathematical and Engineering Components
The Licensed Application may use mathematical formulas, astronomical calculations, date/time rules, geolocation APIs, compass/device sensor APIs and operating-system services to provide prayer and Qiblah features. Any open-source component incorporated for such purposes remains subject to its own license notice.
4. Umah Visual Assets and Artwork
License Category: Public Domain / Royalty-Free / Proprietary Compilation
Some images, textures, icons, sounds or artistic artifacts used within Umah may originate from public-domain, royalty-free or similarly permitted sources. WebbieFourth may modify, combine or present these materials as part of the Umah app experience.
The use of public-domain or royalty-free source material is not intended to restrict others from using the original source material under its own terms. Umah's compiled application, branding, modified presentation, layout, icon treatment and product identity remain protected where applicable.
5. Adhan, Audio, Azkar and Religious Text Resources
Umah may include or reference audio, Azkar, translations, transliterations, prayer labels or other religious-support resources. Such resources should be reviewed and maintained with their source, permission and attribution records where applicable. If a resource has a separate license or attribution requirement, that requirement should be preserved with the resource.
6. Third-Party Services
Umah may rely on Apple Maps, location, notification, App Store and other Apple platform services. Those services are not owned by WebbieFourth and are governed by their own terms, licenses and privacy practices.
7. Preservation of Notices
If future Umah builds add third-party packages, SDKs, libraries, datasets, fonts, sounds or other licensed materials, their notices should be added to this acknowledgement file or to another clearly accessible in-app acknowledgement screen before release.
